Click on the user icon, located in the top right corner of the www.kalentin.co.uk homepage
Log in to your account (or create one if you haven't already) through this section.
Now, you will be able to complete your profile with all your details (for example: company, shipping address, contact information, etc.). You will also be able to access your "order history".

How to order
Navigate our website to find the products you are interested in. You can use the main menu and the search bar to help you find the product by name or reference code (if you know it).
Click on "add to cart".
You can continue to add products to your cart by adding new items.
You can add, delete, and modify your order as many times as you want. Your order will not be processed until payment is made.
If you wish to proceed with your order, click on the "proceed to checkout" button.
Check that your cart is complete, enter the shipping address, choose the shipping method, and then select the payment method.
Accept the terms of service and proceed with payment.
You will receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping methods
From receiving payment for your order, our team will be ready to process it in 1/2 working days.
You can choose between two delivery options:
-> My carrier: delivery in 3-5 working days (for orders placed before 11am, Monday – Friday). If your delivery address is in Northern Ireland, a £3.50 charge will be applied. For orders outside the UK estimated delivery time 7-14 working days (transport cost in according to the destination)
-> UPS: delivery in 1-2 working days (for orders placed before 11am, Monday – Friday) For UK Mainland only.

UK Mainland: My carrier £4.90, UPS £7.90. Free for orders above £70.00
Northern Ireland: My carrier £4.90 + £3.50
Worldwide (including all the British Isles): My carrier. Shipping costs vary according to destination and weight. Usually between £38 and £45. We reserve the right to contact the customer if the transport quote should exceed.
