VEGAN LIFTING BALM 15ml

Kalentin LIFTING BALM represents the 2nd stage of the lash lift procedure and it is applied at the base of the natural lashes. This products allows to delicately break the structural bonds of the eyelashes, thus allowing to redefine their shape. REMOVE IT WITH A COTTON BRUS OR WITH A DRY MICROBRUSH. DON'T USE WATER!
