USA LIFTING BALM 1.5ml
Specifically formulated for our US clients, without colorants and with a stronger lifting action. Kalentin LIFTING BALM represents the 2nd stage of the lash lift treatment. This product allows to delicately break the structural bonds of the eyelashes, thus allowing to redefine their shape. At the same time, the presence of Vegan Plant Keratin and Camomile have a regenerating and nurturing action. REMOVE IT WITH A COTTON BRUSH OR WITH A DRY MICROBRUSH. DON'T USE WATER!
